Payment Terms:

1. All prices in the quotation/contract are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

2. Local Delivery: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of contract acceptance and signing. The balance must be paid upon delivery, either in cash or by cheque.

3. Mainland/Overseas Delivery: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of contract acceptance and signing. The balance must be paid before the departure of goods from Hong Kong.

4. The deposit will be forfeited if the Buyer requests cancellation after signing the contract.

5. The Buyer agrees to pay the total sum in Hong Kong Dollar, Renminbi, or Euro. The exchange rate will be fixed on the day the Buyer settles the deposit and will remain unchanged.

Order & Delivery Terms

In-stock Items:

1. Items are sold on an "as-is" basis. The Buyer is advised to examine each item before order confirmation.
2. By signing the contract, the Buyer confirms satisfaction with the product’s current condition.
3. Any defects must be reported to the Seller before delivery. Once delivered, all items are non-refundable.

Order Furniture:

1. By Sea: Production lead time and shipping take 4-5 months.
2. By Air: Production lead time and shipping take 2.5-3 months.
3. Public holidays, such as Easter, European Summer, Christmas, and New Year, are not included in the lead times.
4. If the Buyer breaches the contract or cancels the order, all deposits will be non-refundable.
5. If the Seller has not yet confirmed the order with suppliers, the deposit can be used as store credit.
6. The total sum of the order includes 3 months of free warehouse storage. After this period, the Buyer will be charged 1% of the total sum per month.
7. If the Buyer fails to pay for storage fees, the Seller is not responsible for any damages due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

Local Delivery

1. One-time delivery within Hong Kong is included in the total sum. Each subsequent delivery will be quoted separately by the Seller.
2. Delivery of lighting, wardrobes, kitchens, and bathrooms, which require extra labor, will be quoted separately. Work will begin upon signed approval.
3. Moving items up each floor will cost $200.00.

Special Cases Include:

1. Villas, condos, or old apartments that require walking up stairs.
2. Goods that do not fit in the elevator.
3. Lifting operations service is available through an outsourcing company and will be quoted separately.

Overseas Delivery:

1. The Seller offers Port-to-Port and Door-to-Door delivery methods.
2. For tracking, please call or email our sales representative for full service in communication with logistics/suppliers.
3. Installation and local delivery services are limited to the resources available to the Seller.
4. Import tax, VAT, and insurance by air or sea for mainland China are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Warranty/Return:

1. The Buyer can enjoy a 6-month free warranty, which covers:
   • Malfunction of electrical or mechanical components of the product(s).
   • Unexpected deterioration or failure in quality.
   • The Seller will provide a free glass top to protect the surface of the product.
2. Any defects or production problems must be reported to the Seller within 14 business days, except in the following cases:
   • Marble: As a natural material, each piece is unique. If the Buyer has specific expectations, the Seller can communicate with suppliers. Photos can be requested for approval before production.
   • Veneer Wood Finish: This material has a delicate surface and should be handled carefully to prevent scratches and dents.
   • Leather Color: Leather is dyed under specific conditions and may have a 5% color variation each time.
   • Measurements: Hand-produced products may have up to a 3% difference in measurements.
3. For returns, our staff will inspect and ensure the items are in the same condition as when they were delivered before accepting the return.
